Do you want to learn about proper nutrition, proper form when exercising, new innovative workouts, support of a team, and a little friendly competition? If so, then this 12-week weight loss program is for you.
What You Get
A fitness challenge at the beginning of each session; a workout lead by a trainer; a program for you to do on your own that is motivating and goal oriented. The support of a group and our fitness professionals, nutritional tips provided by a degreed Nutritionist, and a t-shirt.
Program Details
- February 5 - April 22, 2012
- Sessions will be held every other Sunday at 8 - 9:30 a.m. beginning Feb. 5 at the Matt Ross Community Center
- Weigh-in's will be done at the beginning of every session.

- Member: $100 - $16.60/session
- Includes MRCC/TRCC members & Group Exercise members
- Non-member: $120 - $20/session
Winner
- Overall Winner: Receives either a 2-month individual exercise membership or two (2) individual personal training sessions
- Winner is determined by the individual who loses the most body fat %
