Privately Funded Public Improvement Project Permits

Permits are required for all privately-funded public improvement projects, including street lighting, storm sewers, street paving, sidewalks and bike & hike trails.

These improvements typically are required to ensure accessibility on the site.

Applications are due to Engineering Services section of the Planning & Development Services Department, second floor of City Hall, 8500 Santa Fe Drive.

Projects will be inspected prior to issuance of the permit.
